Does T4 have the ability to place Iceberg orders?

Yes, there is a button on the ladder that says MX which allows you to enter one quantity but show another. Click the MX button

To enable it and set the quantity you would like to show, then just submit your order. In the below image I set the quantity to enter a 5 lot into the market but only show 1 at a time.

EX - Enter a 10 lot into the market but only show 2 at a time.
